    VB Buttons

I saw a spreadsheet which had an up an down arrow button similar to the spinner button in control toolbox. When you move up or down you see data representing daily figures Monday to Friday. No sheets show other than the current weekly sheet. I figure he has the data on 5 daily sheets which are hidden but can be viewed when required. What button is being used and how do I format it to show each sheets figures. I need to hide my sheets as well. I will input data an a daily basis which will fill in an area B2 to F10.
When I toggle through on my weekly sheet B2 to F10 needs to show on a daily basis.
Help - I think this may be very simple but I always have trouble formatting these buttons and I left my Excel books in work.

Where's the example that you saw/ I would never have different sheets for data - all data should be stored on one sheet then use PivotTables and/or AutoFilter to review the data.
    Hope that helps.

You could be right. Its my assumption there were hidden sheets. He may have the data elsewhere. All I knew was that when you click the arrows up or down then the block of data changed through Monday to Friday. If I knew what the spin or arrow buttons were doing I could figure it out.
My main concern is that I need to view some data from different days and this seemed like a good way to do it

    Thanks

Here is a mock example of what the sheet looked like. Never checked the data on other sheets. I know he pastes a daily sheet I send him with around 200 rows of info which he then runs a macro and the data ends up as a daily sheet similar to the one on the example but with more info in it.
He uses an If / And equation and when it checks my data it pastes it depending on the day I have on my sheet (Monday to Friday) to an area designated by the days.
When he sends it back to me I see the page similar to the example and use the arrow to go back and forth between days.
I want to expand it and have the arrows take me through a full month.
The arrows in the example dont work. I dont know how to set it to scroll through the days

Setting this up depends on how the data is set out. I would guess that a pivotTable would be ideal for this, but with no data it is only a guess.

Agrre with you about the pivot tables, I do tend to use them on occasions if I know the other uses know what to do. In this case, I forgot to mention, when I am finished with the sheet, I mail it to around 20 people in my team who can view their daily statistics but I wanted them to use the arrows to scroll through the month.
I know that a pivot table would be to hard for them to use.

I thought the concept of the up or down arrow would be really easy for them to use. Previously I have set up weekly spreadsheets with daily sheets and they tab to each sheet.
In the forms or control toolbox there were the buttons I thought would work but I always have trouble setting them up.

    Thanks

I've created a table for each day of the week and placed it in it's own Custom View. I have added a ScrollBar from the Controls ToolBox to allow the user to click through the views.
