    Select and copy cells based on values in another cells

    Hello,
    I am wanting to create a macro that searches for a string (PHI) in Column D, and if Column D contains PHI the cells in column A:C of the row are selected and copied to another workbook in the next blank row. I then want it to continue to loop until all values for PHI have the corresponding cells copied. Thanks for your help

    Use AutoFilter. If you need to you can automate autofilter using VBA, to get started record a macro whilst seting up the filter, then post back for help refining the recorded code.
