Using Find Command, having What: equal to a cell on a different workbook

Hello all, I have a quick question which should be easy (I hope) for the guru's to answer. I have to do a search in a text document and retrieve an adjacent cell, that part is easy.. but the search part has me baffled, I tried to replace my find "779" with '[Workbook.xls]Sheet1'!$L$16 but it does not work. The problem may lie in the fact that I am trying to enter this what criteria from a cell in another workbook, is this possible?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks,

Then use the variable in the Find statement, i.e.

Change the sheet reference as appropriate
