Macro Tool Bar Error" The macro.xls!'pick canot be found"

    Hello Everyone,

I keep getting this error that the macro cant be found? I created a tool bar button then assigned a macro to the button. When I go to the area where you record a macro all my personal macros are listed. I have deleted the button and tried to assign again. The button worked for the longest time but no luck now.

Any Ideas what is going on?

    Thank You,

I think it is because your macros are in PERSONAL.xls. Try creating the Toolbar with code in the PERSONAL.xls. See this post

    Hope that helps.

    Hi Roy,

Thank You, However I found where my personal.xls workbook is located however everytime I try to open, it only opens book1. I'm not sure how to get "personal" to open?

    Thank You, Mike

I's Hidden. Unhide it first in the Window menu.

    Window>-Unhide

    Rehide it after any changes.
