Create a command button to format a group of worksheets

How do I create an array of worksheets so that I can format them globally? This is to format specific reports. The macro would be attached to a command button on the first sheet?
The worksheets are named and can be variable. I need to group all the sheets except the first sheet.

That worked absolutely perfectly... I just had to use wks.Name to activate the worksheet.
