Importing multiple text files.

hi,
i am in need of a code to import a whole directory of *.fwd files. I need there to be a user input for the directory to look in. The fwd files are opened with notepad as plain text and are space delimited. They need to be imported to a single worksheet and then "stacked" so that the columns from all the data files still lineup on the worksheet. Included is one of the fwd files and how multiple files should be placed into the sheet. Two files have been imported into the spreadsheet im sending, but there will probably be hundreds (had to trim data to get below 100kb limit). Right now im having to do this manually. Thanks for any help!
