    Smile hi

there is option to take backup...every time when u hit...the save button...

one backup file will be created in the same folder in which the original file is located....and it is updated everytime when u hit save button...

so, when u open a backup file...last saved data can be viewed...

open the file which u want to take backup....

click Save As......locate the folder in which the file exists....

click 'Tools' on the right hand corner of the Save As Option window...

    In Tools, select General Options....

Check the Always create Backup option at the top.....

Dont give any password details, unless u wish to protect it...

replace the existing file....and click Save once...

Check in your folder...for the backup file....with different icon....

    Hope this helps u

    Regards,
    guru
