Form Wizard and Validation List

Hello,

I'm rather new to excel. I created a list using the wizard of all the video series I'm working on. The list makes it easy for me to sort and such. I then made a dropdown menu, using validation and list and selecting some cells with the text I wanted in the dropdown. This all works great, until I try and sort my list. Of course my Validation list is referencing cells on this list that is being resorted. So, how can I do a validation list without having the text in my document list. I tried to use validation list and select cells on another sheet but it didn't work.
