Working out waiting times.

Hi,

I need to work out waiting times from the date a request has been made to when the product was shipped out. The waiting time must only include working hours which is 8am to 6pm which equals 10 hours per day not 24 hours. It should also exclude weekends and public holidays. What is the best way to do this?
