hide the row & one cell

Hi all,

I am not good in excell programming. I need a small help from all of you.
I want to hide the Row no. 8 according to the selection at D3 cell. If D3 cell is "IN DETAILS" then row 8 should unhide & if D3 cell is "SIMPLE" then row 8 should be hidden. I use the below code

I have attached the sheet. Also can is it possible to hide only one cell B13 as per the input selection in D3 cell ("SIMPLE"/"IN DETAILS").
