    Combo Box After Keystroke Code

    Hopefully this title is better?

This code works great for what it is supposed to do. It exits my combo box, and keeps the same row active, instead of moving down one row, when I press "Enter" or "Tab". The problem is that if I press any other key, it exits the combobox and activates the row above it. If I remove this code from my workbook, I can type in my combo box or press "Alt" + "Down" or "Up" to drop the list down, but then "Enter" & "Tab" do nothing. Does anyone have any ideas how I could get this code to disregard any keystrokes besides "Enter" & "Tab"?

    Thanks for any help!
    Dave
