ComboBox Truncating Values

I have a combobox that has values like this
00125
00126
01259
12332

They display correctly on the drop down but when I select one the value that displays within the combo box removes the leading zeros. Is there a way I can make the combobox text?

How are you loading the values into the combo box?

I'm setting the RowSource equal to a range. The data in the range is correct and it is text.

Are you sure that the Cells are actually formatted as Text or a Custom NumberFormat -"00000"?

A combobox doesnot act like that with numbers formatted as Text.

Just format the cell before you transfer the value.
e.g.
