Referencing Worksheet Cells

I am trying to create a macro when run will change the information in the specified cell to a cell referenced from another work sheet below is the code when run it come up “object required” where did I go wrong? Thanks.

What's the reference !Loads.From.East!T5 ? Is this a sheet/cell reference?
