    Saving sheet

Is it possible to save only one sheet, not the entire workbook?

    Yes,

Just save the original workbook first, then delete all the sheets apart from the one you're interested in and save the single sheet workbook with a different name.

The caveat of course is that there are no formulae on the sheet you're keeping that have precedent values on the sheets you're deleting.
