Your post is lacking in detail of what you are trying to acheive & by what method. Formuula, VBA

So I have assumed this is what you are after

=IF(A4=B4,"correct",IF(OR(A4="",B4=""),"uncalled","incorrect"))

I am no formula expert so you may get a better answer than my suggestion
