Loading from another excel file

What code can I use, that when I open up a file, information from another excel file is loaded into a certain sheet?

Been looking for a while now on the forums, couldn't find excally what I need

After that I just use a paste code? To the place I want the data to be pasted?

Edit: Sorry but I dont get the code. What sub can I use, so that when the file is opened, it will do the macros?
