Inputting items into a Combo Box

How can I put items into a combo box from a worksheet, and code it via VBA ?

Do you want the user's input to be added to the ComboBox or do you want to load a list from the worksheet into the ComboBox? Is the ComboBox on a worksheet or on a UserForm? If the ComboBox is on the worksheet, is it a Forms or Control Toolbox ComboBox?
