Macro Buttons

I would like create a spreadsheet where I can click a button called "Choose Rm Type" on one sheet, which will take me to another sheet called "Room Type List", where I could then select a button from a list next to the room type that I choose and the corrisponding information from that list would atomatically be entered into the appropriate cells in the first sheet, and the final view would also be the first sheet.

I have attached an example spreadsheet that will clarify the expanation above. I would really appreciate it if someone would show me how to do this.
