Macro Buttons

Why don't you just use an incell data validation selection list? Much less complicated.

Thank you. I know I could use data validation for this spreadsheet, but I need the buttons and macros in a much larger and more complex spreadsheet where it would make sense. The large spreadsheet contains sensitive information that I can't put out for the public to view, so I just made a simple small example speadsheet to show the concept.

Would somebody please show me how to create the macros I need to attach to the buttons in order to make my example spreadsheet work?

The easiest way for you to do this is to make your macro using the macro recorder. Turn the macro recorder on, name the macro, do the steps that you want performed and turn the recorder off.
