File Browsing

To set the scene:
I have been using EXCEL for many years,
I am an experienced programmer in FORTRAN, (with some BASIC and C++)
but have only just started dabbling in VBA.

What I want to do is use the "standard" file browser when opening files from a VBA routine.

If you can point me in the right direction to get started, I can probably fill in the rest (using the HELP, trial and error, or I'll be back).
