Retrieve latest value different items

Hello,
I really appreacite any help here, I am extremely confused
I was trying to do that the whole afternoon, but with not succes,
I already post this in the excel formula part of the forum, I got a very good suggestion from Flistone , but I could not get what I want with formulas.
I would like to retrieve form the database in sheet 2
the latest date for each product
despite the fact tha I am getting that

I can not retrieve conditions A, B and C if the date is the same for all the items

Do you think that can be done with formulas? O do I need a code to do that
If I need a code, Does somebody can help me?
