    Pulling Data with sheet that never closes...

    HI, I have a spreadhseet open on a wallboard in our contact centre. The file shows daily call stats, and pulls data from another workbook we update manually every morning.
    I have a macro on the sheet which refreshes every 15 minutes, but it doesn't refresh the data from the workbook.
    Is this because the workbook isn't open or something?
    Can anyone hepl? Thanks
