Excel 2007: Programming the "Quick Access Toolbar"

I have umteen million workbooks that will eventually be converted to "xlsx" file format.
During the conversion, I add some macros to the "Quick Access Toolbar", they are always the same macros with the same icons.

I have attempted to read instructions from Chip Pearson's website on programming the "Ribbon"; it hurt my brain.

Does anyone have any code that adds macros or something I can toy with to figure this out?
    Regards

Ron's examples are as good as Chips!
    Still hurts my brain!

I guess this time there are no short cuts and I will simply have to learn the dastardly Ribbon "UI" editor.

That damn Office Max "Easy" button doesn't work in Excel.

Why not create an addin with your macros in?
    Hope that helps.
