Compare two lists of names

I have a list of names and surnames in one sheet and a list of names and surnames in the second one. I need a Formula / Macro that would compare both lists and come up (in the third sheet), with these names that appear in both.
The problem is that I’m not looking for exact the same records in both lists - only matching parts of these records e.g. in one cell of the first sheet I have "John Smith” and in one of the cells of the second sheet, "Smith John"or "John Michael Smith " or just "Michael Smith. "
So If in the first sheet I have John Smith and in the second one I will have Martin Smith or John Steward both names from the second sheet should come up in the third sheet as they partially contain names from the first one.
Is this feasible?
