Message Box - Idle after 5 mins

Hi All
I am working a project in VBA Excel. One of the part of this project is : when Excel Worksheet is Idle for more than 5 minutes then automatically an aleat message appears just like windows screen saver. The text on Message box should be "Your worksheet is Idle for 5 minutes."


How can I do this? Please help me.

very nice. Thank you so much. The code is working according to my will.

Now I want to set the Password When user clicks on the Message box "Your worksheet is Idle for 5 minutes". If Password is wrong than set Focus on text box asking correct password until it is correct.

Is this possible?

I would suggest using code from link to close the workbook instead as they will still be locking the workbook
