how to check who opened the file in Excel 2007

Hi,

Thanks for helping me out on previous occasions.

I need assistance on the following:

I have a file with many worksheets. The worksheet name is the owner name. I would like to see who all among those owners have opened their sheet and how many times?

I am using microsoft outlook. Is it possible somehow to capture the email id?

Atttaching is the file. The status file captures who have opened the file and how many times.
