Data Duplicating in Macro

Help Wanted:

I have attached a copy of a construction submittal register. The first tab is used for tracking submittal data. The data is entered into one of three columns (in two MAIN columns: "ARCH/ENGINEER OF RECORD" and "OWNER REVIEW"): "Date submitted", "Date Returned", and "Review Code." The latter is irrelevent to this exercise. On the "Open Submittals to Arch" tab, the macro seems to work fine. My problem comes in under the "Open Submittals to Owner" tab. When I run the macro, it filters through the data but instead of filtering the data and copying it exaclty into the correct location, it duplicates peices from one column to another.

In the "Open Submittals to Owner" tab, if you look at the two main columns (ARCH/ENG of RECORD and OWNER REVIEW), the data is not specific to the data in the submittal register tab. Instead, the information in the ARCH/ENG of RECORD columns is somehow copied into the Owner Review columns (all data).

This is causing me some problems because this list is obviously alot longer and is used in tracking who has a late/open submittals.
