vb auto data sort when entry 2 cell

    If you have a fixed number of machines, the could you make the summary sheet in a matrix format with the week days across the top (Mon...Sun), and the machine names down column A.

    That way you could use Vlookup to bring back the amount for each machine for each day and have them all together. If a machine doesn't pay out for a day, then the result would be 0.
