Need:Drop down list

I need a column that I can enter "y" or "n". According to the entry, the next column would show "inspection passed" for a "y", or a drop down list with a list of reasons to choose from for a "n" answer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.......Mitch

I am way over my head. Here is a copy of the sheet I am working on. I have a macro running to auto stamp the date and time upon entry of static pressure. I would like to have "No" appear in column H upon an entry of "n" and a drop down list to use to populate column I. I am such a noob that I am struggling to just create the drop down list. Thanks again.
