Input data to different sheets with a UserForm

Hi everbody!
Another question i need to find out!!!
I have 7 worksheets which is including days (sun to sat) i would like to input imformation data on each date by using the form.It has only one command button so days are showing with option boxes. if im going to put individual imformation with different dates to worksheets(A1 to E1) ... (lets say 1 info will be enter for the date of friday in one time, then with same button i want to put another imformation to different day on next time use)
