Find and Replace

I have a worksheet with thousands of formulas. I would like to find all of the word "January" and Replace it with February.

The problem with using the find and replace tool is that it pops up a window asking me that the word does not exist in a particular sheet. Therefore, I have to constantly hit okay in order to replace the formula.

Is there a way for this in macro?
