enable autofilter/ expand collapse

Hi All!!!


I need to enable auitofilter / expand collapse on a protected sheet. However, I need a code that doesn't have a password in it as it is interfering with what I have ??

Any ideas? I've attached a workbook that is similar to what I am working with.
(Mine is way too large)
