Hi

On the file attached the work sheets Training, absence and Recruitment are data lists. The report worksheet contains a breakdown of these sheets in pivot table.

What i require is a solution to the problems in the text boxes in the summary sheet. I want some sort of formula that looks up the data lists and returns the specific values based on the date range.
