    how to save different versions

    I've created a survey for use by 5 members of my department.
    In it, I plan to have a button that allows us to click and save the workbook to a shared folder.
    Because more than 1 version of this file can be saved per day, I'd like to have something in the file name that would prevent us from over-writing any files that are currently in there. . . so something like survey_01042008_vs1.xls would be prefect, where the vs1 could be incremented each time a new file needs to be saved.. . .. . please, can someone tell me if this is possible, and if so, how I might be able to go about accomplishing this?
