Insert new rows and delete words

Hi All,
I need quick help and really appreciate your efforts. I am trying to copy a row and then insert another row and paste the copied row in the new row based on the number of words that i have in column C and those words are seperated by comma. I think picture is better than 1000 words so i have attached file that shows my current issue in one tab and the desired output in another tab. Pls. not the number of rows varies and also number of words that are seperated the commas also varies as you can see in my attached file. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi rylo,
This works very good but i need to make little change. How can i copy all the rows across horizantly because in my actual file i have 15 columns and somtimes can be more and the column that i need to split is column number 6. So the only change i need to do is to be able to copy all the rows across horizantly. Thanks.
