    Lightbulb Writing a function in .xla file

    Hi.
    I want to make a xla file, and i wanted to write a function in that file. The function will pass the input to the sheet in xla file and same sheet will calculate the results the function should read these values and send to the parent workbook. for your referncwe i am attaching a .xls file which will finally be saved as xla file.
    In witing a function i am not able to sen input data from function to sheet in xla

    Even after looking at your example, which as far as I can see contains no code, I haven't got a clue what you want!

    It's still no clearer. Why do think a Function is necessary?

    Dear Royuk
    I need to build this equation so that i can save this file as .xla file (as addin) then i can simply import this in any one my excel sheet and thouh any excel sheet i can use my function. Thorough this function i can send the TBP data (input) and gets the output
    I think it will clear your doubt
