Locate Member, Change Information

I have an array (A1:E100) with column 'A' having unique member numbers All cells in a row pertain to the same member. I would like to run a macro that would quickly locate a specified inputted member number and change the associated information say in col. E to say "ZZZ". Suggestions please.
