Need help with a macro to format rows and columns

I am looking to create a macro to format rows until there is an empty row. I cannot figure this out and would really apreciate some help.

I ultimatley need to put boarders around the cells until there is an empty row and then change the column widths.

The following code would put a thin border around contiguous cells starting with A1 (assuming there is data in A1 and A2):
