Insert a new row and copy all formulas down

I made this macro to add a new row down with the same formulas when the person goes to a new row.

It works fine, but now I need to have the same thing but not on the last row of the sheet, there is stuff below.
So i need to find a specific marker in column a, say "XXX" and INSERT a new row there and copy the formulas and formatting.

The problem I have is that it seems to insert 2 rows, or it inserts a row above the bottom row!

No that doesnt work im afraid.

It says "Procedure declaration doesn not match description of event or procedure having the same name"

I seem to have fixed this by copying the
(ByVal Target As Range)
from the previous sub declaration

but then it seems to just be looking for the marker and adding a row, not waiting till u click on that row.
It also seems to be inserting multiple rows.
