Vlookup and Match for comment

Data is entered on two different sheets (Time and Scan). Data is displayed on Data sheet using Vlookup and Match. Comments are also entered on Time and Scan sheets but I can't find a way to put them on the data sheet. Any ideas? I have attached the sheet.

Why not Copy from (Scan or Time) and Paste as Comment on Sheet.Data(using Paste Special feature)?

You would have to copy and paste one at a time to match each number up. All the team numbers on Data are not contained on the Scan and Time sheets. Which is why I have to use the lookup and match.
