    Convert a Value to Sequential Numbering of Rows

    I am trying to convert a value to rows with sequential numbering. Does anyone know how to do this?

    In the first cell is the number 5. I want this converted to 5 rows with "1" in the first row, "2" in the second row, etc. I have attached a pic to better explain what I mean. Thanks.
