    index number of row and column

    How do I get the index number of a selected cell if I don't know its row or column number?

    If it were a range (as in the object of a Find), then the row and column properties give the row and column of a cell:

    If you want to return the row and column of a selected cell...
    Please Login or Register  to view this content.
    This will return the row and column of the upper left most cell in a selection of more than one cell.
