Saving information from form on Spreadsheet

Good day,
I am looking for some help saving input from an Excel form onto a spreadsheet. If the form and input printed before the info cleard that would be nice too :-)
I thought this should be don with VB but as I quickly found out, I don't know anything about it.
I have attached my woorkbook, any help is greatly appreciated.
