    Autofill dates in successive worksheets

I need to arrange my workbook so that each sheet auto fills the day and date in succession. (ie: sheet one = Saturday, Dec. 1, sheet two Sunday, Dec 2 etc for the duration of the month). I would like to be able to have it so that it can be easily changed each month. I print manifests and am tired of handwriting the dates in. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you!

Are you referring to the worksheet tabs or the same cell in each worksheet?

If you attach a sample of your workbook it will be easier to find a solution. Remember to remove/replace sensitive data before uploading the file. Look here if you need help with attachments:

I don't have an elegant answer but let's assume that you are entering the first date into cell A1 on Sheet1. On the subsequent sheets put =Sheet1!A1+1, =Sheet1!A1+2, etc. When you change the date in Sheet1 all the others will automatically update.

To display the day name, format the cells and click on Custom. In the Type field enter dddd, mmm d.

    Hope this helps!
