    You can do this using VBA but you must remember to reset the user's settings. I would recommend that you avoid this as if you fail to reset then you can end up with irate user, very unfortunate if it is your boss. Also, what you think may be better looking may not be so for the user.

    But i have added a custom toolbar to my project - how will i know if it will display everytime when the users open the workbook on their PCs?
