Macro on Drop Down Box Change

Hi, I'm having another issue and haven't been able to find the right answer.
I have a cell (L9) which is a drop down box containing 4 options: ***New Account***, ***New Ship To***, ***Quote Only***, and ***Change***. I need for if "***New Ship To***" is selected for rows 12-67 to be hidden. and if anything else is selected, then for it to do nothing. Thanks again.

What kind of dropdown are you referring to?
    Hope that helps.

    ??

I'm not sure exactly. It's apart of the spreadsheet, that I didn't create. It's just a cell with an arrow beside it and it has 4 different values in it's list. I assume there is a list of the 4 things somewhere else on the sheet hidden and that is where it's pulling from. I didn't know that made a difference... Hmm... Let me know if I need to do more research to find what kind this is...

    Thanks

If its a validation dropdown, putting this in the code module for the sheet in question should do what you want.

To find out if the cell has a Validation dropdown, select the cell and use Data>Validation to check if List is checked.

    Wow

WOW, it works!! Thanks. I've ran into another problem and I'll do some research. I have little check boxes that reside in some of those rows that I wanted to hide. It hides the row but bunches up all the little check box into row 68 now...I just need to find out how to make those dissapear with their rows... Thanks again. You're great!
