Find if values are between ranges and return code and values

Hi!

I need some help on finding if a value is between a range and if it is, i need excel to return a another value.

What I want excel to do is, when a reference incoming of a employee (table 1) is between a range on table 2, i want excel to return the cod. of the group on table 2 and the value, regarding the age of the children.

i don't know if this is possible or not, but i have a list of 50 employees, and this would help me a lot.

One important structural comment:
When referencing a look-up list, never merge cells within that list (as you did in rows 11 and 12).
Merging cells causes probems in sorting and cripples look-up formulas. The above formulas
will return errors for those rows until you unmerge the cells. Then you'll need to repeat the
appropriate information in the table (Employee, reference incoming, etc)
