How To Make A Macro Recognize The Names Of The Columns

Hi all,
I'm new to VBA and I need help.
I have different sheets, each of them contains coulmns named BirthCountry & BillingCountry. These coulumns have different location in each sheet. I need macro that will recognize the the coulumn "BirthCountry" and will cut-paste it next to "BillingCountry" in each sheet.
