How to write a formula that changes font color?

I am using excel to make my work schedules. I have a formula written looking for the word off in a cell and when the word off appears in a cell it shows me a total of how many times in another cell. My question is this is there a way to write a formula that once the word off shows up twice or more in a row the font for the cell showing the total off count changes color from like red to black?
