Named range of cells has disappeared!

I have a cell with a VLOOKUP formula that refers to a named range of cells. The formula works beautifully, but I can't now find those cells that have been named. I have used Ctrl-G and can see the named range in the list, but selecting it and clicking OK doesn't do anything.
I would like to amend the data in the named range but am totally stumped by this.

    Any ideas?

    Regards

Try going to Insert|Name|Define... then select your named range from the list... you should see the actual definition in the Refers to field at the bottom.
Where there is a will there are many ways.

Something so simple! Thanks a lot, doing it this way showed it was getting the data from another linked workbook.
